If I am Rejected By Everyone What Can I Do?

GARTH: Why should I be rejected by all my family members? People look for reasons to dislike me. Why have so many of my “friends” become ill or died, some quite young?

DES: You have attracted to yourself what you MOST need in this lifetime. Once you have adapted/grown to the extent you no longer need those particular learning experiences (once they no longer stress you) you will find rejection happens very much less often. Mother Nature is perfect. Things happen for a reason.

The physical world is the only place where negative energy is present, such as conflict/fear/anger/cruelty/greed. In this place we are forced to go through life deciding whether to do the “right” thing or the “wrong” thing, and in the process we uniquely create ourself. That is, our own free will creates us, moment by moment. Reincarnation gives us one physical life after another. We create a different aspect of ourself every time, and so learn to be better and wiser human beings.

It’s a bit like children at school. A five-year-old cannot suddenly be a fifteen-year-old. Life experiences year after year give wisdom and maturity and sophistication. A fifteen-year-old will express more potential and responsibility. One or two may even progress as far as a Nobel Peace Prize.

The Truth About The Truth Of Beyond

CHERIE: I found your book a little difficult to understand, probably because my brain interprets information differently than yours presents it. But not so with the website, where I discovered a plane of existence we share. In that place I found unconditional love and truth. I want the best for humanity. This is what I am reaching out for. What I didn’t glean from your book was how we are meant to progress towards this goal – a better tomorrow for everyone.

DES: Thank you Cherie. In physical we each create or build a unique human being within ourself, one physical lifetime after another; but also between physical lives. Only in physical do we encounter negative energy. This enables us to enter into CONFLICT between negative and positive in deciding to do right or wrong, choose between Satan and Jesus in a manner of speaking, reach out to support and console or alternatively focus inwards on self gratification. That is, only in this physical place are we able to gorge ourself on food and then throw away what we can’t eat – while hundreds of thousands of children and their impoverished parents die of the diseases of malnutrition somewhere in the world.

In this manner every one of us grows him- or herself moment by moment depending on the particular decisions we make. This is what physical life is for. We are creating. We cannot help creating. We cannot stop creating.

Every person is a single cell within a large Body, just as the physical you is made up of cells that come together to form Des or Cherie. The difference is that the “Body” you and I are part of, is the Human Race – every person added together.

I have been reminded in the process of talking to Spirit, that every individual cell making up the physical Des, can contribute to health within me or promote disease. In the long term there is no middle ground, because cycles are created in both cases. When I asked the same question of Spirit that you asked me, I was told, “Make a commitment that with every person you encounter, you will look for an opportunity to help, support, guide, encourage, even inspire – in an appropriate manner. That way you are personally doing everything possible to heal within the Body of Humanity. Cycles are being created. You are free. You are whole. The process is called love. You are doing no less to yourself.”

Am I Unique – Beyond The Book

JON: I read your book and enjoyed it. A question. What information was given to you that has NOT been made available by other writers, in one form or another, time after time over the decades? The same old, tired, recycled concepts appear in book form every year apparently coming from spiritual sources. Same thing, different words, different channel.

DES: I have encountered almost none of the details before. Virtually none that I can think of. Two examples: ONE – At this point in our evolvement or unfoldment, we can relate to only (let us say) one thousand facts out of every million existing on any particular subject. So we put together at the subconscious level only what we can understand; namely a thousand facts out of every million. We all do the same. In this way we individually come as close as possible to comprehending ourself and the human condition and the universe.

But… because we are all unique, with quite different emotional needs, every person in the world embraces a slightly DIFFERENT configuration of facts, and therefore a DIFFERENT belief structure, and a DIFFERENT perspective on himself and his environment. This is so with every single aspect of life. We all occupy a different world.

As a result every person becomes less and less like every other, so that the process of uniqueness gains momentum – with every single second and emotion and thought and activity. Individualisation, in other words.

The natural law of individualisation is an aspect of human evolvement that is equally as important as spiritual evolvement (in which we progressively grow to become a more loving, complete, mature, pure, compassionate unfolded unit of consciousness).

This viewpoint has not been seen before. There is a time for everything. The time is now.

TWO – There is no complete male and no complete female. We are all “positioned” on a continuum. As such we all possess a unique mix of male and female energy. Every human being is a “one-off”. Interestingly, though, the species is exponentially becoming more sensitive, incorporating more nurturing female energy and less of the sometimes brutish “might is right” male energy. We are moving along the continuum. This will continue.

Again, I believe this interpretation has not been offered to us before. There are many, many premises in BEYOND, that can make the same claim. One includes a succinct explanation from Spirit of the end result of these principles: What will become of us! What is our individual and collective destiny!

Is God Bad? A Question For Beyond

NO NAME GIVEN: Here’s something for your Blog. I’m neither [a] sceptic nor a Christian, but I have a gripe. God, the sadistic b…..d, can stay out of my life. I’ve read the parts of your book I can understand, and nothing you say can explain why I lost two teenage sons in different car accidents, and it wasn’t their fault. We turn on TV [Aljazeera presumably] and watch nothing but slaughter in Iraq, Syria, Gaza, parts of Africa and elsewhere. Most of the fighting is religious. Many of the victims are children. So much for God, or “Mother Nature” as you call Him/Her/It. Now I have cancer. Does anything make any b….y sense!?

DES: It’s easy for me to sound wise from a distance, when it’s someone else who is suffering. But genuinely I understand what you are saying.

I guess we’re a bit like little guys building sand castles on the beach. The parents let each youngster create a castle so he can immerse himself in his activities and learn as a result. Mum and Dad can’t create sand castles on behalf of their children, and learn for them. When the tide comes in and washes away all that careful work, the kids have another lesson to ponder. That’s how learning proceeds

It’s the same for all of us. I am creating myself second by second, and thought by thought, and emotion by emotion, and activity by activity. Nobody can create me except ME. That is my mandate for as many heartbeats as I am here. In other words, that’s what I am doing in this place. At the end of my life I am what I have created.

The same with you. But exactly what is it YOU are creating? Are you exporting peace and love to those you encounter? Are you inspiring them, or providing a role model so they can be more complete human beings?

When the tide washed away your sand castle (when you tragically lost your boys, and then contracted cancer), did you take the opportunity to reach out to others similarly afflicted, and support and comfort them? Or did you just walk past that window of opportunity? Whatever you did, you were creating. You were creating YOU! You cannot avoid creating.

People who are particularly prone to cancer include those who are unhappy or disadvantaged or angry. There are many exceptions (as with children), but cancer can go by the name of hatred, resentment, self-loathing, guilt, lack of control of one’s life, deep sadness, being profoundly self-centred. Apart from medical or complementary/alternative intervention, what can remove cancer from one’s MIND and body? You guessed it: making use of every opportunity to help another person – as a matter of habit. That will make you free. It will make you whole, because you will be creating something DIFFERENT within yourself.

What Is The Physical World According to The Book Beyond?

Margaret Mills:  A philosophical question I have encountered over the years goes like this.  In a world that is ordered up by the intricate perfection of nature why are we never given unambiguous, absolute and unarguable proof of life after death?  This level of evidence could change the nature of the human condition, make every person free and safe and “immortal”, and even make the fighting cages of religion unnecessary.  Common sense suggests that if some measure of proof is offered by mediums and others, then total proof must be available.  Why is it withheld?  Skeptics come up with their own answer:  Forget the mediums.  It is all just a trick of the mind or wishful thinking.

Des:  I am told that the value of the physical world is that it encapsulates each of us, entraps us in a cell of aloneness in which we are never safe, never comfortable, never in control, never complete, and never in possession of the facts making our circumstances understandable.  In this fraught and toxic place we must struggle to survive.  We must also search ourself in order to find answers to the many dilemmas we face – for in doing so we define and create our own uniqueness (a dimension of growth as important as spiritual evolvement).  We contribute to this process second by second, emotion by emotion, thought by thought, action by action.  We put our own interpretation on every event and every moment.  Unanswered questions are part of this.  Compared with life in spirit, growth is almost instantaneous.  At the end of our physical life we are what we create.  The aloneness ensures every human being is different from every other.

None of this can be done after our death, in the gentle estates of spirit where mind flows into mind and where support and love replace the sometimes brutal conflicts of physical.  These are the two sides to the human coin.  Each is infinitely precious, individually as well as collectively, in the unfoldment of the species.  Very much more detail is to be found in the pages of BEYOND.  (Incidentally, religion is simply another way in which emotional programming, personal interpretation and free will feed individualization.)

Fascinated by The Truth In Beyond – The Book

My name is actually not “John”, but that will do.  A group of us in a writing course discussed the fact your book contains perspectives and carefully delineated details which apparently have never before appeared in the field of esoteric literature.  Many books have been written and many theories discussed, but nothing similar to yours.  Question.  Why should yours be true which makes many other authoritative studies untrue?

Des:  Okay.  My background is like a coin with two sides.  One side comprises an (electronics) engineer, and the other a neurotherapist.  Theology and philosophy are way over my head.  As mentioned in the book, I am the postman delivering mail that has little to do with me personally.  My role involves “channeling” information from people who have died, very much like taking dictation.

Why is “my” information different?  It was obtained in a different way.  Throughout many generations communication between physical and spirit was achieved by psychics or mediums.  I am one of them, and have been since early childhood.  In addition, however, I encountered a neurotherapeutic trance modality, recently developed by research psychologists in the US, as part of my clinical practice.  Alternative to mediumship, trance neurotherapy (IADC) can be used to bridge the gap between physical and spirit.

The two techniques had never been combined until, in consultation with Dr Botkin, the research scientist who produced IADC, I developed protocols and a delivery mechanism enabling IADC to be used by a person on him- or herself.  My lifelong mediumship plus neurotherapy made possible what neither technique alone could achieve.  The Littlest Crusade resulted, published in the US in 2012.

But why was completely different information, a different model or paradigm, abruptly and unexpectedly thrust into consciousness as a result?  Did it not come from the same source, namely spirit personalities who provided answers to questions?  Those people themselves provided the answer:

“Many books containing philosophical information channeled from spirit (eg. Neale Donald Walsch, Jane Roberts, Ruth Montgomery, Dr Ian Gordon) comprise broad and sometimes undeveloped models which rely in varying degree on theories and concepts more or less known to people with an interest in the subject.  A particular explanation is picked up by the mind of the medium, and put into writing.  However – with additional detail received, in this case from the neurotherapeutic modality, not only is the account from spirit fleshed out, but also a quite different and much more comprehensive description is available.  The list of books in question contains accounts that examine a particular reality.  With the availability of more detail, a totally different reality moves into focus and becomes available to explore, because more adequate analogies are present to unfold the descriptions.”

My dialogue with the Communicators had previously discussed the fact that nothing (but nothing) significant can be understood about the human condition unless one resorts to simplistic analogies;  furthermore analogies that invariably are lumped together into models, and models fused into infrastructures.  This process is made inescapable because only a tiny percentage of the total facts, relating to any particular subject, is knowable to human intellect.  That is all we are.  In putting it together into a package we create an understanding of what the world is, our place in it, and ourselves.  We are that package.  We are an analogy.

BEYOND discusses a completely different package than has been encountered in the past, because it draws on a very much larger data base.

The Most Profound Answer in Beyond

Joshua:  It interests me that you can ask a question – apparently any question – and are given a detailed answer, that you are invited to explore in whatever depth you wish.  What is the most profound answer you have received?

Des:  What I think is profound another person might find boring.  But two responses come to mind:  (a)  “We all create, we cannot help creating.  Consciousness is the act of creating at every level, and the means to do so.  Furthermore we create according to our needs, individually as well as collectively.  Those needs sometimes lead us to create, collectively, either a person or a concept to guide us.  We are steered by our own hand, unfold ourselves, and contribute to the orderly growth of our species.”  On another occasion I was told that “every human being is a universe, creating itself, fleshing itself out, second by second and thought by thought and emotion by emotion and action by action and flight of fancy by flight of fancy.  This is an indication of the ultimate importance of every  person.”  The Littlest Crusade goes on to discuss the end game, the outcome of every individual journey.

(b)  Another strange, strange answer is as follows:  The physical communities have pondered and discussed from time to time the so-called mystery of the Holy Grail.  What is it?  Authorities of one type or another point to the possibility this mystical object – reportedly the most precious possession in the Christian world – is an ornate container that was used to collect the blood of Jesus as he died on the cross.  Another claim is that the Holy Grail is a stone beyond value that fell from the sky.

But why, why, why do “experts” embark on such lavish excursions into the imagination when the facts have been explained in plain words for centuries, to anyone who will listen?

Yes, the Holy Grail is infinitely precious, and transforms the life of anyone holding it.  “The Holy Grail is possessed by any person, no matter how humble, who heals, forgives, supports, comforts, counsels and feeds another without thought of reward. Now I have a question for you, Des.  Why can your fellow travellers not understand this?  Why do they so stubbornly blind themselves to this simple truth that would change the world?”  I provided no answer.

The Unanswered Question of Beyond

JOSHUA:  You have apparently claimed you are free to ask any question, and a detailed answer will be forthcoming.  Wow.  This morning (Sunday) I saw a TV evangelist loudly proclaiming that “we are all children of Christ, we can turn our back on our Father, or we can embrace Him.  If we reject Him we automatically embrace Satan.  There is no third road.  One leads to the light of salvation, and all others to the darkness of eternal damnation.”  So much for skeptics, “free thinkers”, humanists, agnostics, atheists, Eastern religions, and all the rest.

Later in the day I read of suicide bombings in the Middle East, as one Muslim sect fought another, while both directed hatred to Israel and the West;  sectarian violence in Northern Ireland between Catholics and Protestants;  and unrest in India between Hindus and Buddhists.  Of course secular or political conflicts have always existed.  How can every one of these conflicting beliefs or causes be true?  Surely only one can be true.  I have never had this question answered.

DES:  Consciousness is a particular type of matrix, a medium which creates, and in which the process of creation also takes place.  It functions independent of time and space.  It creates mind, and mind in turn creates within itself.  A group of people with an emotionally-charged belief structure, a common and compelling need, is therefore able to develop and shape and hone that belief within the matrix of consciousness.  That is what consciousness is.  It creates a need and then responds to that need.  The process is called evolvement.  It is automatic and functions below the level of awareness.  There are no exceptions.

Communicating With Spirit – Beyond After Life

Question:  Conversations with students, group participants and clients over many years throw up questions which a large number of people probably mull over.  For instance, “different mediums and spiritual writers and so-called experts in the field come up with vastly differing accounts of what happens when we die.  It can’t all be true.  Perhaps it is all untrue.  At the very least, credibility is damaged.”

Des:  There are various reasons.  I have numbered three of them below.  Add these three together and you will possess a small number of brush strokes out of the infinite number making up the total “oil painting”.  (1)  Every person is actually a unique “universe”, which expands with every emotion he or she experiences, and every thought, and every activity, and every flight of fancy.  This is the case in physical and also in the after-death state.  You can make sense of only what you can relate to and what meets your needs, so you will invariably put your own interpretation on every explanation and event of a lifetime.  In the process you are fleshing out that creation which is your unique universe – second by second by second.  As it grows it becomes less and less like every other.  It is therefore hardly surprising that descriptions from the after-death state give different accounts, because each comes from a different subjective universe.  Bear in mind as well that life in that dimension takes place within a mental-emotional (subjective) environment, comprising spontaneity and the free flow of individual uniqueness.

(2)  I have personally seen a subject under discussion being shaped and tailored by the spirit teacher providing it, so it meets the level of understanding of a particular audience.  Later, the same description, by the same spirit personality, but to a more informed audience, led to more detail and sophistication being presented but also incorporating a different perspective.  One is not true while the other is untrue.

(3)  Again, in my experience with these teachers, an infrastructure of analogies was explained to me.  I was told that every subject discussed might contain perhaps 10,000 individual items of information existing as part of the natural order.  Of these the average human mind might be able to process 100 (let us say), such is the limitation of our ability to understand.  The 100 items come together in our mind into a model or paradigm or template, and represent everything we know about ourselves and the world. That’s what a human being is, on both the spiritual and physical planes.  We can’t be what we are not!  Therefore, below the level of conscious awareness,  I am able to relate to and receive only a tiny percentage of the total facts.  Because my mind is uniquely different from that of every other individual, it follows that a slightly different configuration of 100 facts would be received by me, from spirit, than would be received by any other person.

Putting together all the foregoing, it can be seen that communication from spirit to physical, as dictated by Mother Nature or consciousness or “God” or the natural order, has the effect of maintaining a very substantial and carefully calibrated divide between the two spheres.  There are reasons for this, which are discussed in BEYOND.

A Bridge Too Far For Mediums?

GLEN:  I have asked mediums over the years why spirit will not or cannot provide the most meaningful guidance, the ultimately profound and constructive answers, to enable us to overcome the misery and deprivation and violence and “madness” that seem to be gaining momentum in the world.  Those insights must be out there, they must exist.

DES:  I take it the information you were given has not met your needs.  I guess you are saying, “Why the evasions?  Why the generalisations?  Why the sweet talk?  There must be an answer to every question.  Why not provide it?”

Why indeed!  The recent advent of scientifically researched neurotherapeutic mediumship (IADC), which can be merged with traditional mediumship, opens portals for the first time in human history.  Intricate detail is there to be examined.  Questions and answers can be bounced  backwards and forewards from one plane of existence to another, as would take place in after-dinner conversation at home.  Very few subjects, in my experience, are off the agenda.  BEYOND explores this phenomenon.

But to answer your question:  (a)  Individual, and therefore collective, free will is the final arbiter, the “ring to rule all rings”.  We create ourself at every level according to what we do with our free will.  We even create the “misery and deprivation and violence and ‘madness’,” which swirl around us.  Tell me, Glen, why do you contribute to a process which condemns countless thousands of innocent people in Third World countries to malnutrition and disease and death, because you consume their share of the planet’s resources?  Your free will leads you to do this.  (No excuses, Glen!)

(b)  This sad situation exists because we are all like growing children, we have not reached a level of maturity where we can act in any other way.  One would not punish a five-year-old for failing to act like a 10-year-old or a 15-year-old.  Growth is a slow process of unfoldment.  We live in the environment we build around us, and in this way we create ourselves as we unfold.  The only way to escape our toxic environment is to change it, and this means changing ourself.  It is called evolvement.

No medium can tell a five-year-old how to suddenly become a 10-year-old.  Only we can attend to this business of growing up.

(c)  Finally, any guidance moved from spirit to physical depends on the exercise of natural law or “Mother Nature”.  Energy is required, simply because energy is the driving force behind all natural law.  However, it is available only if there is a valid and balanced need for a particular item of information, or a particular manifestation, to be transferred from one plane of existence to the other.  This process is perfect, for the same reason a tree does not grow upside down with the leaves under the ground and its roots in the air.

So … one would hardly expect profound insights to be offered to a self-centred five-year-old who could never begin to understand them – let along use them.
